1. Who we are

TIAGI is the trading name of Tiagi International Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11541008), registered office 25 Agdon Street, Clerkenwell, London EC1V 0AZ.

TIAGI operates through three companies: Tiagi International Ltd (UK), Tiagi LLC (Los Angeles, USA) and Tiagi Private Limited (Mumbai, India). This policy covers all three, and data shared between them is protected as set out in section 7.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions about your data: hello@tiagi.com

2. What we collect

Enquiries: your name, email, phone, company and anything you send us.

Clients and suppliers: business contact details, contracts, invoices and payment records.

Crew, talent and artists: contact details, rates, availability, portfolios, and for travel or shoots, details such as passport information, dietary requirements and emergency contacts.

Shoots and events: images and footage of people who appear in our productions, and guest lists for events.

Website visitors: usage data collected through cookies and Google Analytics (see section 9).

3. How we use it

To answer enquiries and pitch for work; to plan, budget and deliver productions and events; to book and pay crew, talent and suppliers, and arrange travel and insurance; to represent our artists and share portfolios with prospective clients; to send occasional news about our work, where you have agreed or are an existing contact (you can opt out any time); and to meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.

4. Our legal basis

Contract: to deliver work you have engaged us for, or to book you.

Legitimate interests: to run and promote our business, manage productions and keep business records.

Legal obligation: for accounting, tax and insurance.

Consent: for non essential cookies and marketing where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. How we use AI tools

We use AI tools to help with tasks such as drafting documents, summarising information, research, budgeting and organising production schedules. Currently these are Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI).

We use Claude through a business account under Anthropic's commercial terms, which exclude our content from model training. Team members who use ChatGPT must switch off model training in their account settings.

We only share what a task needs, and do not enter sensitive personal data such as passport details or health information. A member of our team reviews all AI output, and we do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Both providers are based in the United States (see section 7).

6. Who we share it with

Clients we are producing for, where you are working on their project; crew, talent, venues and suppliers involved in a production; service providers who run our systems (email, file storage, accounting, AI tools), under contracts that protect your data; and insurers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. We never sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

We work across our London, Los Angeles and Mumbai offices, so your data may be accessed in the United States and India. Some service providers also store data outside the UK. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or rely on UK adequacy regulations where they apply.

8. How long we keep it

Client and supplier records: 6 years after the end of the relationship, for tax and legal purposes. Crew and talent booking records: 6 years after the last booking. Passport and travel details: deleted within 3 months of the trip ending. Enquiries that do not lead to work: 2 years. Images and footage: as set out in the relevant contract or release.

9. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to work securely, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt out browser add on.

10. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

11. Security

We protect your data with access controls, secure business systems and confidentiality obligations for our team and suppliers.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
